Egg Cartons

Sick chicken

One of my ladies looked ill from heat stroke and I thought she was better after hydrating her with some watermelon. She just lays there now and I am not sure if she is eating or drinking. Any suggestions? Should I seperate her from the flock? Thanks

Chickens and snakes

One of my chickens caught a small snake (about 10" long) yesterday and ran off with it. She was chased by the others so ended up dropping it and it escaped into the grass. I just wondered if she would have killed it and or eaten it?
