"I made the switch when they started laying and sold my extra to someone in the group who needed it.
You could call Blue Sky and see what they recommend. "

"You can use up the grower. It's just extra protein for them and that is fine. Especially for summer. I supplement my layer and use starter as a treat for my layers. Just set out some oyster shells so they have extra calcium to supplement with."
