Nasturtium shrimp cocktail?

After tasting my  naturtium leaves I thought the leaves would taste great in shrimp cocktail sauce.  Has anyone tried this?  Does anyone have a good recipe?

Cauliflower fried "rice"

Banana yucca gnocchi

Back in early September, I found this huge banana yucca (yucca baccata) fruit in Sedona. I took in home, and stashed it in the fridge for over a month.
