Healthy Chocolate Puddings

Juicer Pulp

Making Rumtopf

Anyone doing/done this?  My friend's peach tree is giving us LOTS of very yummy fruit but we can't keep up with it.  In past years I've cut and frozen it but was looking for something different.  I have a crock that I think will work so I'm going to try it.  Any experiences to share?  Thanks folks,  Mary

Easy and fast Marmalade

Hi Folks,I was discussing marmalade with Deane the other day, and then in the Edible Phoenix magazine was a great recipe for lemon marmalade, so I started to look around the internet for information on marmalades in general.LOTS of recipe ideas.  I have never been fond of marmalade - it has always struck me as way too sweet, more syrup than fruit.
