After tasting my naturtium leaves I thought the leaves would taste great in shrimp cocktail sauce. Has anyone tried this? Does anyone have a good recipe?
I think I will try the first recipe I might add a little V8.
The second recipe just sounds interesting for an adventurous cook. I have not tried it but it is an interesting flavor combination.

Both sound good Grace. If you think of the nasturtium leaves in the same flavor category as arugula or horseradish (they are related), you pretty much open up all of your options. I've made "Dolma" using nasturtium leaves instead of grape leaves too.
