Does anyone know of any cheese making classes available, preferably in the Tempe area?
I have already made Mozzerella but am more interested in making cheddar or something similar.

Hi CArol....YES...we have just started our farm's Simple Inspiration classes and have a basic cheesemaking class slated for 10/13 from 3:30 - 5:30 at our farm. I've yet to post it but intend to do so within the next 2 weeks. We will do two basic classes and then one advanced in November.
Our classes have limited seating and the cost will be around $30. This first class will have an optional farm to table Italian dinner using the cheese made. Farmstyle ricotta is what will be made with our goats milk. We make our own cheese, but I have a marvelous cheesemaker making cheese for over 5 years who will do the class.
