  • thx, dan appreciate the offer, where is the b & b?
  • Hey Dan - thought I replied earlier but don't see it here - I'm home Sunday from 10:00am - 2Pm & 4pm - 9pm - if you want to stop by that would be great. Julie
  • No, we haven't even built our compost bins yet. We have only been reading and writing about them so far. I do have worm composting down as a possible topic.
  • Our purple cabbage was very sweet as well - I had heard that a good freeze improves them just as it does brocolli - know if there's any truth to that? My pumpkin vine is growing well, as is the corn if I can keep the dogs from eating the stalks!
  • Hey Dan - still have half a tree full of grapefruit if your dad has run out yet :). Oh, I already have little green tomatoes in my garden - so excited - how is your garden doing? Julie
  • Hi Dan - thanks for the oranges - sorry I was not home to show you my gardens the other day - Brad was getting ready to go to work when you stopped by. Love your pictures - especially like the chicken yard/garden area and your gorgeous tomato plant. When things slow down a bit I'd like to stop by and see your chickens...
