"I have been known to toss them in a crock pot on low with some chicken broth, ham hock, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and garlic. Wonderful in a couple of hours."

"I cook them (or any greens) with olive oil, garlic, salt and a little lemon/sour orange juice. I think it helps if you mix in a milder green like spinach."
