  • I've often added turnip greens or beets greens to mashed potatoes or rice. Just gives it an added boost of vegetables.
    • I also chop them and add them to soups or stews
  • You can use either one in the Phyllo, Eggs & Greens recipe I posted in the group earlier. It's very tasty!

  • Bacon goes with everything :)
    • I have been known to toss them in a crock pot on low with some chicken broth, ham hock, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and garlic. Wonderful in a couple of hours.

  • I cook them (or any greens) with olive oil, garlic, salt and a little lemon/sour orange juice. I think it helps if you mix in a milder green like spinach.
