Tomato jam

I've been visiting the Meat Shop quite a bit lately, and just adore their pork chops. I typically apply a nice rub to them, and throw them on the grill. That's all they need.

However, this time I made a little something special to go with, a quick tomato jam, made from my garden's tomatoes.

I didn't bother to peel or de-seed the tomatoes, and it still turned out delicious.

I also grilled up some 8 Ball zucchini that I got at the farmers' market - good stuff!
