  • Julie Norgaard is interested in being part of the Tour De Coops.
    Thank you, Web Admin.
  • Hi there! Are you the guy who is working on the coop de tour? I would love more info.....
  • Hi Nicholas! I am so glad that you enjoyed the weds class.:) It is always so good to hear that. I can't wait to see what you decide to do with permaculture!

  • Yes, I am sure we will see each other around for sure.
Got to thinking about your question regarding glass top ovens. They can be tricky for canning. I have only canned peaches on ours and in a boiling water bath-not a pressure cooker. It barely kept the water at a rolling boil for the peaches so not ideal for most canning. I don't think a pressure cooker would work on a glass top but I have never tested it. We plan on using an outdoor gas burner for canning in the future. Peaches do not take a lot of time, while whole tomatoes (not sauce) and other things do. Hope that helps, E
  • Thanks for checking out my art! I really need to get painting again...
I am going to be at the canning class too, hope to see you then!
  • It was great meeting you too! My art right now goes in so many directions. I play around with Acrylics and pencil, do stuff geared toward children's books, and recently some off the wall stuff with digital. My more kid oriented and fine art can be found at www.cerowoodart.com. Have a great one! ~E
