About Me:
My husband and I have lived in Arizona off and since 2000, with one 18 month attempt at living back in Nebraska a few years ago. We decided we really would rather be hot than cold. We started gardening last year and so far have built three raised beds where we currently have strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, cantaloupe and watermelon. We also planted raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and grapes to see if we could grow those. So far, so good. Last fall we picked up a chicken coop and six hens. Unfortunately we recently had to move the girls over to my parents home as our neighbors were starting to complain. We have one son, who just turned eleven in March. My husband is an IT guy and very logical in his thinking. I am a Realtor who really just wants to take pictures. I love film photography, especially black and white. I would love to have a dark room in my home but hubby says he'd rather keep the guest room. Sigh.
