Banana yucca gnocchi

Back in early September, I found this huge banana yucca (yucca baccata) fruit in Sedona. I took in home, and stashed it in the fridge for over a month.

Eventually, I got around to cleaning and roasting it.

Salsa Season!

Working on my fourth barrage of salsa this summer.  Unfortunately, I'm now using mostly farmer's market ingredients (from Horny Toad, Maya's, and Crooked Sky).  Oh well, gotta support these awesome local growers too.  Here was the final batch of good
