Hi Chip, That would be great if you sent me the handout for the rain barrel. I did take extensive notes and I'm familiar with everything you used. Just was interested in your discussion on how to and why. Thanks so much. Kathy
Chip, Call off the search, it was me. I have it. I unloaded them and have not set them up yet so I didnt notice. I guess one got placed on another (nested) and I grabbed them both. At the class I tried a couple to make sure they fit. There was a lot of confusion on which barrel/lid was which until we put our names on them. Sorry. I am happy to bring it by. Do I take to the house the class was at? Sorry for the extra searching. john

My girls attend Mission Montessori Academy, a charter school that has a wonderful gardening program. The gardening teacher has requested that the PTA purchase rain water barrels for the program. As a fan of the PPG, I thought it might be even more exciting to have the kids be involved in building their own rain water barrel. There are about 130 students in the school and are divided into mixed age classes of 1st thru 3rd grand and 4th thru 6th grade. Would you do an instructional class at the school (in Scottsdale on 96th St north of Shea Blvd)? Or is this a project too complicated for the age ranges?
I was in your rain barrel class last weekend and wanted to ask you about barrel stands. What's the best way to get a hold of you?
