Seedum Roof for chicken coop?

Right now I am in the research stage of raising chickens.

Has anyone ever put a seedum roof on their coop?

Are  there any super easy chicken coop designs that are easy to build.

    My First thought was the girls would eat the sedum (assuming they could get to the roof), but Erin is right that BYC has some fun links on the site.

    It's a great idea.  I love looking at pics of sedum roofs and I've seen a few on coops.


    A great site for easy coop ideas is Backyard Chickens .  They have a fantastic forum that can answer practically any question you might ever have about chickens.  The coop section has lots of coops and many have the plans for them.  I'm sure you'll find something that will work for your yard.  If you search seedum roof in the forum section there are lots of links.
