  Thanks Levi for the greeting. We have lived in Mesa for a while and are just starting to plant a fruit and vegetable garden after trying 8 years ago. We had everything eaten by the critters even with rabbit fencing. Now we have just completed an enclosure for the garden and can't wait to plant in the fall season. We are still working on our irrigation and composting before we are ready to plant. Thanks again.

  I've had some luck with it, it primarily was just brewing tea, the mushroom was added and it was covered with cheesecloth and kept in a dark place for roughly two weeks. The more sugar that was added to it the more alcohol was produced. The biggest problem I had was contamination of other fungi and bacteria so make sure the container is completely sterile before brewing. good luck!
