Your info says that you are in Glendale, totally different than PHX. Seems like someone on this site lives in Glendale too and was trying to figure out how they could keep chickens. Here is a link to that discussion. I live in Scottsdale, which surprisingly has one of the most lenient codes in the valley-go figure!
