About Me:
I am even shyer online than in person, so writing this is not easy! I own a 50 year old house in Tempe, about a mile from ASU, not irrigated. In front, have removed Bermuda, mostly, and have gravel, fruit trees, old roses and raised beds with mixed vegs, herbs, and flowers. This past winter, wrapped the front, south facing, with greenhouse film that covered the raised beds and front porch. Had greenhouse and passive solar heating. It worked really well, but looked awful (one friend kept muttering about Hazmat abatement) Just got 4 Americana chicks 6 weeks ago, hopefully all pullets. The backyard is a disaster, dead grass, dirt, and dog manure.

Never mind. Dave texted me an image of the bill of sale, so everything is okay. Thanks!
Okay, so Amy Kowalik from AGS emailed to let me know that Annie Oakley is still registered in your name. Do you have a copy of the bill of sale? According to Amy, if I get a copy of the sale from you to Wish We Had Acres, I can send it in with the bill of sale that I received from Dave and Laura in order to register her. If you have it, would you mind scanning it and emailing it to me at themicrofarmproject@gmail.com? Thanks!
Hi, Lisette. I purchased a goat from Laura Denyes and Dave Hamilton that is apparently still registered in your name. The goat is Annie Oakley and the registration certificate that I have still has your name on it. She is one of my best milkers, and I would like to well her offspring with papers. Trying to track down the correct info from AGS and Wish We Had Acres. Hopefully, Dave will get updated paperwork to me soon, but I haven't heard back from him in a while. I may need to get a copy of the bill of sale or transfer from you, if you still have a copy of it. Will let you know what transpires. Thanks! Hope you are doing well.
Hi Lisette - alas, I don't have that access any more for this site. Perhaps the "Class Coordinator" could help out? Sorry =(
It was very nice meeting you Lis! Thank you so much for the tour and sharing your information on gardening with us.
I am near 40th Street and Cactus. Do you want help prepping for the tour? I can come by for a look see and you could put me to work for a few hours if needed. I'm looking at friendlyaquaponics system. I could even get certified organic with their system but haven't decided how big to go yet. Let me know if I can be of help.
Hi Lis, I joined the aquaponics group and am planning a raft system. Can't wait to be a bacteria farmer too. Have you seen these people in Mesa who turned their pool into an aquaponics greenhouse? http://gardenpool.org/. Great idea.
Adam Hamilton (I misspelled my last name when I signed up for this and not sure how to fix it ;)
Hey Lisette! I would love to come see the cavies- I live at University & Hardy so must not be far from you at all. I haven't seen any ads for cavies for sale in AZ, but there seems to be a breeder in Houston (http://www.exoticanimalsforsale.net/sale/5674-Patagonian-Cavies.asp) and it wouldn't be the longest of trips to go out there and get them, though I wouldn't be able to manage it for a few months yet.
Super! Thank you for the offer, Lisette, but I have no place for it :-) Darn - would enjoy giving it a try. Maybe if we actually get a pond sometime in the future I may want to try it there. Glad you have your info now.
