Greetings. They are far more cold tolerant but also more disease prone. Where did you get your fingerlings?
I'm sorry for your loss, I was hoping to come and play in your hottub to catch a few for my fish tank when its up and running in a month or so. Good luck with the cat fish.

Hey, we finally cooked up that Moscovy about a month ago. I've been meaning to write you. It turned out great! I cooked it nice and slow, covered. It was tender and juicy. How did you cook yours?
