Hello Dear,
How is everything with you,I picked interest on you after going through your short profile,I have something very vital to disclose to you,but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on(brunoserra@outlook.fr)for the full details.
Have a nice day.
thanks
Bruno Serra.
Thank you for your kind email. I appreciate the thought that went into your message. I agree with a lot of what you wrote. I think many things in the bible are symbolic and not to be taken literally. I believe the literal interpretation is what leads to deeming things like (just an example) diseased animals acceptable for consumption in the modern day because they fell on an "ok list" thousands of years ago.
I'm not religious at all, and my post was not meant to be cruel. I know tone is hard to detect in writing. I literally interpret the "law" as a set of guidelines for that time period meant to mainly protect one's health in some sense coupled with superstition. Like Mable pointed out, in that day and age pork was not safe to eat, so it makes sense that it would be forbidden to protect the masses, but at the same it makes zero sense to avoid clean animals in favor of diseased ones in the modern age based on doctrine written by man thousands of years ago.
We are all entitled to our own opinions on the matter. Like I mentioned I find it liberating to assess right and wrong for myself and live by my own moral compass.
Hi Karis -
Was checking out those greenhouses at Big Lots that you were discussing....if you can hold out til this Saturday, Maybe you've already noted this, but I noticed that they will be 20% off on Saturday, Jan 26th -- check out the banner on their website. Guess you just have to be a Rewards member, which looks to be free.
Good luck with your project!
Yeah, I realized after looking at a bunch of others that having my real name here was a mistake. Especially since I don't even use my real name on facebook and I am now linking the two a little more...
HEY! We got a house on Shea and the 51. We are so excited to be closer to our center of activity, but I sadly cannot have my chickens. So I am going to offer them to anyone who will feed them organic feed and give me eggs. You don't do organic do you? I just bought 3 bags of soy-free, organic pellets from Azure, that's $60 bucks someone will get free, as long as I get eggs:)! Let me know if you or someone you know would take excellent care of my ladies and have and open adoption. I cannot say goodbye forever....and I will be a slobbery, sobbing mess when I hand them over! Let me know and I will put the word out! Let's meet early next month after we get settled!!! We must have coffee and chat...in person!
That's a good idea. It would be nice to share info with other gardeners in our specific area. Actually my tree is just under a year as well. So this is its first spring in my back yard.
