Hello, We trim our own here. I learned how working at a rescue. It is very easy to do, if you have nice tame goats. Our goats were WILD when we got them and although we can pet them now, we still have to pin them down and restrain them to trim. Honestly, anyone would with these two! I just think it's probably less traumatic for them if we do it, vs. a stranger. Trimmers are inexpensive and available at www.valleyvet.com and I just looked on youtube and there are several how to videos. If you order from valley vet, you get your order within a couple of days. If you don't want to tackle it yourself, try craigslist or perhaps some horse farriers might do it, but I shudder to think what they would charge.
We're still amoritizing the 30% even though we now live on a farm in Cornville (working on a farmer's market farm as we speak). The house has just sold to someone who appreciates the technology. Would we do it again? Absolutely! Even if we didn't have the tax credit. There's nothing like a $5 energy bill. :-D

"i am curious how your 30% tax refund went with installation of all you equipment? an how you are still enjoying each addition like solar, geothermal grey water and pond set-up. "
"We live in Gilbert and would be happy to have them, we have a truck and trailer to get it all out of your yard. We were waiting for the cool down to build our own but yours looks great.
