The Chicken Neighborhood

Hi, all,

Most know about the neighborhood in the area of 32nd St. and Thomas.  Does this area have a name?  I would like to search for a home in the area.

    My son worked in that area the past two summers - I believe the area from Thomas to Mcdowell and 20th St to 32nd St is called Green Gables...

      I live just west of that area.  If you have any question let me know.   I can also tell you a few things to watch out for.  I love this area of town and think it is a great investment.  Hehe there are a few issues, but there are a lot of people working hard to create a great neighborhood.  You are  not supposed to have roosters, but people do and nobody says anything.  I love the sound of roosters crowing in the morning.  I have also seen cows and horses over here.

    I Don't know the name of the neighborhood but I know the area well. Not only are there wild chickens there but there is also guineafowl and peacocks there as well. Every time time I drive through there I expect to see emu's or ostriches roaming around.
