Permaculture Guilds in California

Being a blogger (www.lylahledner.blogspot.com) & twitter -er (http://twitter.com/lylah) sometimes I get questions about resources in other cities. Today, a woman asked about chickens and I'd love to refer her to a group such as this in California. Any suggestions?Thanks
