How to tell if you have a Rooster?

My chickens are two months old and I'm wondering how to tell if any are Roosters...........my Red has a larger looking comb developing on his head than the Barred Rock and Aracauna. When should I be able to tell?

    I have 2 Barred Rocks and one has a much larger comb than the other. My 2 Ameracaunas (EEs) have strange little combs and much smaller than the Barred Rocks. Kind of like little bumpy nodules, definitely not "comb" looking.

    Reds can get big combs and still be girls. Some roosters start crowing as early as 6 weeks but this is rare. Check the legs for signs of spur growth.
