We've never vaccinated ours, but they don't intermingle with other flocks.
No routine vet care is required, and you can find nearly all the routine or emergency care information you need here in these forums & on the Backyard Chickens site. :)
I've read that small home flocks do not need it. I've never had it done. If they have contact with other chickens besides your own, it might be something to research.
