Pet food depot ( a local family run feed store) on Cave creek and Union Hills has two and they are nice. Don't know the price though looks like just right for 4 hens maybe 6
I saw some smaller ones at both Aden's Hay Oasis and Higley Feed, both located on WIlliams Field... Power (Aden's) and Higley( Higley Feed)...
not sure if other similar feed stores have them. At Aden's there was also a book with prices in it... I think someone would basically build what you wanted.

You don't really need anything too fancy here. Just lots of shade, water, a roost and a couple of nest boxes.
Anything too enclosed will only bake them in the summer.
