Winnie (Winchester if a boy, Winnipeg if a girl) is an extremely animated little Naked Neck, and I've gotten really attached in the short time he's been with me. Problem is he was a gift from someone who did not know about the "no rooster" law in Phoenix proper.His sex was determined by an old world chicken farmer with the lift-and-kick test. I'm hoping the ole'timer is wrong so Winnie can stay with me, but need to have a Plan B if 'she' decides to crow one morning. Neighbors are likely to complain and may jeopardize the status of my small flock.I am posting here because I trust the folks from this group will provide a good home to this little guy, if he turns out to be a little guy. Any potential takers that can keep roosters?
