I just posted a recipe for my pasta sauce on my external blog. Everyone has their favorite sauce recipes. Because recipes like this are so personal and simple, I thought it might be fun for everyone to add their preferences. I am not of Italian extraction, but grew up with a lot of Italian friends, developed more friendships over the years and learned to appreciate the old-time focus on the freshest ingredients.

Lisa, glad to know there is someone else who wants to can their own sauce. FYI - I had to do a lot of research because of the fat in this sauce, so it has to be treated as if it has meat in it. Pressure cooker and a LONG time, about 65-85 minutes but check your info to.
