Halibut with roasted Fennel, Chile, and Sweet Potato Salad

Harvested my first fennel bulb...

Now what? I found this recipe.

My changes were:

I made a half recipe, so, only half of a sweet potato, and one bulb of fennel, only 2 cloves of garlic, minced.

Also:

I added the stems of the fennel
I added some swiss chard
