Hollyhawk seed recipes?

Hi Everyone,

I am reading people eat the hollyhock seed bulb they call it hollyhock cheese.  Does any one have any recipes for hollyhock seeds?  What do the seeds taste like?

    Hi Grace,

    Had not heard of that - I will do a little checking - since the seeds of other mallows are called "cheeses" because of their physical appearance and are a 'wild edible' and nutty tasting there may be recipes out there :-)
