I think I'll go with Solar City as their PV panels have a slightly higher efficiency and are made in the US.

Here are some links to plans for building a compost tumbler. We could have a workshop to build a few of these. Tumblers aren't inherently faster; it is just hat they tend to get turned more often than bins compost.
