all of her pin feathers are here and she does not appear to be molting but she just looks thin because of the lack of down.  is this normal to happen in the winter?  None of my other girls have the same problem.  I have her in my arms now wrapped in a towel with a heating pad (bean & rice  one-not electric) and I have done this the last few mornings since she looks cold and is shivering.  After about an hour of this she is fine and joins the others for the day outside where she roams and scratches with the others no worse for wear.  They are all free range - the coop is their "bed & breakfast". :) She seems to like coming in and getting the heat and she perks up when she is ready to go back out.  She shows no other signs of illness.  Any ideas??
