"Chicken Zoning" near North of Shea & East of 51HWY

I am purchasing a new property near Shea and 51st HWY.

Can anyone advise on zoning and rules for keeping chicken in this are?

No HOA and about 10,000SF lot.

I know many of you live near the area and would appreciate your knowledge in the matter.

    I live in that area.  You can have up to 20 hens on a 10,000 sq ft lot.  Coop must be 80 feet from neighbors' houses.  No roosters.

    I used to live there. At the time the law was at least 1/3 acre and no limit as long as there were no roosters. I am not sure if that has changed.

    But the people at the code enforcement office are very nice and non threatening about answering questions.
