One of my chickens has been acting strange lately. She does not eat as much, she does not run around, she can't even get off the roost on her own. I have realized that her poop is very green like kind of neon green with white threads. I had a chicken act like this last month and she did not get well and I had to put her down. This time I cannot afford to see this one die too. Can anyone help please?
And their feet starts turning black and it looks like it is drying out. Very terrible. Anyone had this issue?

Sounds like heat stroke. She probably got better because the weather improved. When this happens, bring her inside for awhile (In a crate or cage of some sort-- like in your picture), keep her in a room where she won't be disturbed and give her plenty of water and access to food. Some people will recommend to keep the light off too (just ambient daylight) so she will be encouraged to rest.
I have one easter egger that gets it like clockwork every year in mid-July (for the past 5 years) even with the saucers of water to stand in. Same lime-green with stringy white poop, tail down, unable to walk well if at all. I bring her in for a day or two and she's fine until next year.
Raising chickens in our climate is a lot like raising tropical fruit plants. It can be done, but they require extra care and appropriate habitat modification (in this case, added shade and coolness) for them to be successful. They need a LOT of attention in the summer (or a climate controlled coop).
Did you ever find out what was wrong? I ask because one of mine died yesterday, and we have not idea why. It sounds similar. Very concerned about the rest of my hens. Did you notice if she was "bloating" or looking larger than usual?
How is your chicken doing? I was hoping some one would of responded by now with a diagnosis.
