We have another opportunity this summer for beef. Our last slaughter of the year will be on June 15th. This will be Grass-fed All-Natural Piedmont beef. As a breed, Piedmonts are known for their extra lean, tender, well marbled beef. Pricing is below. Payment must be received by May 15th to reserve your beef. We prefer cash or PayPal. Your meat will be cut to your specifications. For instance, if you want your roasts less than 5 lbs, please specify. Also, if you do not want roast, but still want a package, the roast meat can be ground into hamburger for you. If you have any other preference on how your meat is cut, (steak thickness, etc.) please include those preferences in your email specifying which meat package(s) you want. Meat packs are expected to have the following:
Hamburger: 53%
Roasts: 22%
Steaks: 25%
