Lacto - Fermentation - More uses for whey.

This was one of those rail-road track kind of topics - one post on Facebook was about 16 ways to use whey, which included lemonade whey (something I read some years ago but never checked out).  The lemonade takes advantage of the lacto-fermentation of the whey.
