I found and tried out my version of a recipe using avocado and white beans together and I think I found the perfect 'platform' for all sorts of veggie/herb combinations. Got to use celery from my garden - even some of my turnips sliced as dippers :-)

I'm always trying to find ways to use beans that taste good to me (I don't like beany-tasting beans) and Deane will eat ANY bean - does not matter what it is or what it is in!
