  Well basically a milk cow share happens when someone has cow property & everyone pays for a dairy cow & her food. We would take turns caring for her or arrange to have it done & split the cost. Then we set up a schedule for her to be milked & each family takes the milk on different days according to their need. Any we can't use up could be used for others wanting to participate. We couldn't really openly sell it for human consumption due to strict laws in Arizona, but in could be sold for animal use informally. Legally we can milk for each other, so arrangements can be made for people desiring raw milk.

  I would be interested in a milk cow share, have no idea how it works, but let me know if that is something that happens.
