  • What part of the valley are you in? That will aid in planning. Thank you Tommy.
  • Are any of those Artichokes left? My contact information can be found in my profile.

  • Hey Tommy!
Good to hear from you. Sounds like you had some good stuff growing this summer! Ryan and I went to one of Permiculture Dan's projects and ran into your Dad there. Talk about a crazy amazing site. Then, we went to another one he had put together with HUGE hills. I give props to the home owners letting them go to town. We have to get together when you are free in December. Ryan has been doing some earth works in the back and we are about ready to plant a few things probably tomorrow.

Bummer about the native melons splitting. I hear that can happen when there is a sudden increase in water. We have a few watermelons from the sheet mulch area. Pretty small, but the one we picked was tasty. Our corn we planted there never got higher than the knees, but we have high hopes that will be a great planting area next year.

Take care and hope to chat and catch up with you soon!

  • Hey Tommy!
Was out wondering the yard today and ran across some of your Fuduko seed balls. I threw them around the yard the next day after you gave them to me. The sheet mulch is doing good, planted some sweet corn in it last week and they are popping up. We also have a water melon growing-sans melons. Never did get a squash off of the native seed one. Just grew all over, looked like the Little Shop of Horrors for a while. Hope all is well. KIT!
  • Hey Dude, I am assuming that this is Tommy B.
I plan to go on the tour this Sat. I suppose you have already seen all of the houses so I will take pictures and lope along by myself.

"My cross streets are 36th street and cactus, I am about a mile west of paradise valley mall. Just north of the Road Runner park with its farmers markets on Saturday.

Cheers,

"Peggy,

Yes, there are plenty left. Let me know if you want them and we can work out a time for you to pick them up.

"Hay Ericka and Ryan... Sorry I have been out of touch, Grad School is amazing! I am learning so much Environmental theory it's crazy. The first seed balls, the ones I gave you didn't work out so well. I put some sand in them by accident and they…"
