  Hi, Sofia,

  It hasn't reached capacity. We closed September 14 rsvps because Vynnie had a scheduling conflict. It was rescheduled for the next day, Sunday, Sept 15 and there is plenty of room.

  The name of the place sounds strange, and it's a bus hub, but it has some wonderful presentation rooms on the 2nd floor. So don't be deceived by all that. :) 

  It's east of Mill Ave and a little south of Rio Salado Pkwy. Parking is awkward; even more so than usual since they're doing road construction in that area. I don't know if they've finished the construction since we were there last.

  Get there a little early and expect to do a little scouting for a parking spot. The parking around there is free after 6pm, though. I would love to see you there!

  Oh, BTW, the worms in your veggie garden are different than compost worms. I gave you info on compost worm venders, but you'll want regular earthworms for your garden. I don't know of anyone who sells them, though I'm sure they're around. We have a lot of them in our garden, but we never introduced them. They just crashed the party, and we were very happy about it. :)

  Sofia,

  I hope you come to the class! All our kids moved out a while ago, so we also only have two in our home. We have plenty of scraps for the worm bin. In fact, we have excess, so once our worms have enough, we give the rest of the scraps to the chickens and the soldier fly larvae.

  We keep the wigglers for four reasons: to populate our aquaponics garden, to provide soil amendments for my potted plants, to repel bugs and to give the plants a nutrient boost.

  Just today we got the name of a person who sells wigglers. Check out www.vermilove.com

  There's also a person who advertises on Craigslist who sells worm castings with worms in it. He's in the southeast valley somewhere.
