About Me:
I'm 58 years old, I am not new to a healthy lifestyle I have only just heard about Kefir grains. I am an addicted Pinner. I love my Grandkids, I love to cook, I love fishing.
I have had 2 back surgeries, and over 30 injections in my spine, I am done with that.
I have trouble getting around now as I am in worse condition now than before my 1st surgery.

Hello Reba!
I've actually made my own kefir before and it's really easy once you get in the swing of it. It's been several years but, if I remember correctly, it's essentially a milk fermentation process. I no longer drink milk, and therefore no longer make kefir, but hopefully you can find someone in the forum that can share their surplus grains! Be sure to keep us informed as to how your kefir journey progresses, and feel free to post your request for excess grains in the forum.
That being said...
