Hi Gaile! The classes typically talk about raised bed, container, and below ground. There are arguments for each type. It really depends on your needs. Classes are very informal and the instructors do a great job of allowing time for lots of questions. I really recommend attending a couple of classes. I've found them to be incredibly helpful.
The forum is a wonderful place to get your questions answered by people with various experiences. I've learned a ton just by reading through posts.

We offer a variety of classes to our members on a donation basis (usually $10 to $25) that goes toward venue hard-costs, also to our experienced and knowledgeable instructors, as well as to support the non-profit in providing quality education for improving our health, our communities and environment.
