About Me:
Recently earned my PDC in Costa Rica, have been gardening most of my life, and want to learn more about growing food in AZ. I am also very interested in getting involved with VPA for both personal, educational reasons as well as professional growth with possible future opportunities. I've raised chickens, grown veggies, saved seeds, maintained compost, brewed using SCOBYs, harvested rainwater, dug swales...but know a lot more than I've applied. I'm hungry to learn more, do more, and raise more awareness in the community regarding food security, soil fertility, composting, etc. I also work as a retail manager and private tutor.
