I am an Arizona native and plant biologist with a background in desert ecology and drought tolerant plant species. I am very interested in Urban Sustainability and am currently involved in coordinating and expanding a community garden in downtown Tempe. Much of our produce is dontated to the Food Pantry at Escalante Community Center in Mesa. Of course, our dedicated volunteers enjoy there share of fresh produce.
