I want to do some large scale composting on the property at WML near Show Low, Az. I would have to find a bobcat to move and dig some windrows that would be 10x5 foot x 24” deep. The piles would consist of paper and cardboard and sawdust as a bed, food waste, coffee grounds and worm filled soil, manure, compost on top. There would also be a 4” pvc air tube running the length of the pile in the middle. A cap could be placed at one end and an air blower on the other end to fluff the pile for mixing. All layers need to be soaked with water first then flushed with water in the air tube every month. I would work it over every couple of weeks because I live in Phoenix.
