We've recently moved into a home on an acre property. The yard is chock full of mature trees (bonus) which have not been maintained, pruned, trimmed, otherwise had dead branches removed in any way for at least a decade. We are overwhelmed with debris from tree trimmings and would love to mulch as we go instead of planning a year's worth of bonfires... especially with all of the wildfires that are a little too close to home.
Only place we found with anything close to affordable is still a bit steep for us at $150/day for a 3" chipper. Oy vey, that's too small for half the tree debris we've got and holy how can we make it worth the rental with two of us in 24 hrs??
Any ideas are welcome, and more preferably a potential barter for someone with a chipper or partial barter? Longer rental? I dunno. Open to ideas. Thanks!! I suppose, we could also pre-sell some mulch and save up that way. Anyone interested??

you will need a commercial chipper for anything larger than 3 inches. Call around to tree services and see if they could bring out their chipper truck and chip it all up for you and leave it onsite. It will likely cost at least $150...
