A milestone today, harvested our 60th pound of food from the aquaponics (45 ft2 of growbed since March 23rd 2013.) This time last year we had harvested zero.

You might like this mock apple crisp recipe with Armenian cucumbers...it's the most Delicious way to eat them I've come across so far (although the soup in the comments is really good too)!

Sooooo exciting!! Congrats. Are you feeding your family or your family and others? Tilapia? Type of system - raft, etc.? I know lots of questions. I'm just about to start a very small practice system before I take the plunge into a full system so it is good to see yours so successful. Thanks for sharing and the encouragement.
Thank you Erica and Kim. Trying to learn to manage it properly. We tend to produce more than we can eat but not enough to sell so we give a low away at church. We invented this airplane, now we must learn to fly it (more on that later).
