Hi Tyler! Welcome to the Social Networking site for the Valley Permaculture Alliance! We're happy to have you here, I see you've already seen our line-up of great classes. There are also great discussions under the "Forum" tab and I'd encourage you to check out the different groups we have around special interests, like keeping microlivestock or cooking with all that great produce (Growing Gourmet). I to am originally from the Midwest and have been here for 4 years now, and LOVE it! Don't miss those winters at all. ~ Liz

About Me:

We are originally from the Midwest and have seen first hand the damaging effects of huge corporations and GMO/Pesticide-ridden farming techniques. We have been in the valley for 6 years now and are looking to go "off-grid" in the city! At least as far as our sustainability can take us. I am a licensed massage therapist and my husband is trained in culinary arts. I like the notion of healing within the home so I offer a range of in-home massage from deep-tissue therapeutic to hot stone massage.
