About Me:

Grew up in the Ozarks on a small dairy farm. Graduated with a BS in Biology and Education. Moved to AZ in the late 80's and worked as a Golf Course Superintendent. Started Smiling Dog Landscapes in 2000. Now a full service landscape company in the Gold Canyon and far east valley. I am a graduate of the fall 2009 Permaculture design course and the Spring 7 day Advanced Permaculture Course in Teaching presented by the Cascadia Permaculture Institute at Arcosanti March 2010. Came to Permaculture to learn about dry land rainwater harvesting and discoverd that I am a Permie!
