About Me:
I was a keyholder and top salesperson at the oldest and prettiest nursery in Sonoma Cty CA a few years ago, my fiancee moved us here for his health and business, I never would have come on my own. I was able to grow tomatoes and peppers in raised beds here and a few cacti in pots, however, I did lose a fair amount of succulents in containers last summer. Since I appear to be stuck here for the forseeable future I am trying to educate myself re: the desert and include more gardening in my life, I miss it and it is depressing for me not to be able to garden much. The conditions are too harsh and I am no longer young to work in a local nursery, as much as I would love to.

There are many volunteer opportunities to assist with classes and events, so please let me know if you are interested in helping out when available.
We offer a variety of classes to our members on a fee basis ($15 or more) that goes toward venue hard-costs, also to our experienced and knowledgeable instructors, as well as to support the non-profit in providing quality education for improving our health, our communities and environment.
